HOW DO I SCHEDULE A QUICK CULTURE TOUR? Arrange your tour by sending an email to us at info@quickculture.com or calling us at (310) 800-6710 (please include the date and time of your request). Please note: We recommend booking your tour at least one week in advance; however, sometimes we can accommodate last-minute reservations.
WHERE ARE THE QUICK CULTURE TOURS GIVEN? Our tours are given at various museums and art galleries in the Los Angeles area. When we confirm your reservation, you will be given an exact meeting place. |

WHAT ELSE DOES QUICK CULTURE OFFER? We offer Custom Tours, Gift certificates, and tours in other languages. |

HOW DO I PAY FOR A QUICK CULTURE TOUR? We accept credit cards (VISA and MasterCard.) When you make a reservation for a tour, we will take your credit card number information and charge your account for the tour. There are no cash refunds. If you cancel 24 hours advance, we will give you credit for a future tour. For less than 24 hours, there will be no refund or credit. 48 hour notice is required for private tours in order to get credit for a future tour.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY QUICK CULTURE TOUR? QUICK CULTURE does not give cash refunds: however, we will give you credit towards a future tour if you comply with the time frames mentioned above.
WHAT IF I’M LATE FOR MY QUICK CULTURE TOUR OR DO NOT SHOW UP? Your QUICK CULTURE guide will wait for you for up to 10 minutes at the arranged meeting point. For clients who do not arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and who do not call us, we regret that we must treat this as a cancellation and cannot offer a refund. |
